Get to know Dr. Sean Fowler, DO MAcc
Dr. Fowler is currently a Chief Resident in Family Medicine right here in Arizona and looks forward to graduating in the Summer of 2025 so he can start serving you. He developed a strong foundation in osteopathic medicine, earning his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Virginia. He is committed to providing patient-centered care, by fostering meaningful relationships at a low cost through the Direct Primary Care model.
Dr. Fowler enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Lauren, to whom he has been happily married for 15 years, and their three wonderful children, Hudson, Reagan, and Maverick. A true outdoor enthusiast, he loves to golf, and mountain bike, and is always looking forward to his next adventure, whether it's traveling or simply enjoying the warmth of the sun.
